To celebrate Lunar New Year, the University of Oregon Vietnamese Student Association is hosting their annual Tet Celebration at the Many Nations Longhouse. The purpose of this year’s Tet Celebration is to educate people about Vietnam’s biggest holiday of the year and how it reflects their vibrant culture by showcasing Vietnam’s food, dance and games. The event includes a traditional lion dancer performance, classic Vietnamese games and talking about other aspects of Lunar New Year. The UO VSA annual Tet Celebration took place at the Many Nations Longhouse on Friday.
